This is an intermediate position, best suited for someone with 2-3 years experience in a Customer Success role.

As part of our passionate Customer Success team, you'll guide and support the people and organizations who use our intranet software all around the globe.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will have a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, understanding the customer’s business needs and helping them succeed with their ThoughtFarmer intranet.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager and a member of the Customer Success team you will:

  • Onboard new customers and be their trusted guide during their ThoughtFarmer implementation by conducting product demos and facilitating training sessions with customers
  • Nurture supportive relationships with ThoughtFarmer customers and act as their advocate within the ThoughtFarmer team
  • Provide ongoing post-launch support, training and coaching. Help customers maintain and optimize their ThoughtFarmer intranet
  • Occasionally, visit customers onsite to provide implementation and training support

  • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • You adapt easily, are able to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly

Is this the right fit for you?

A degree helps. More important, though, is what you've been doing for the past few years. Do you have a passion for learning? Are you committed to understanding the needs of customers so you can help them solve their business problems? Do you "get" social software and the possibilities it opens up for the enterprise?

Successful candidates have the following traits and characteristics:

  • Two years or more of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in the software industry. Bonus points if you have experience with software training
  • Willingness and desire to learn new technologies
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Outgoing, empathetic, diplomatic & warm personality with superior people skills
  • You're a strong, confident writer, able to write succinctly and clearly
