Technical Support Specialist

Providing amazing service for our clients is what Kathy does best. As a Technical Support Specialist for the Customer Success team, she assists clients to better understand how to use ThoughtFarmer’s features to achieve their organizational goals. In addition, Kathy provides technical support by troubleshooting and reporting bugs and upgrading instances to the latest and greatest version of our software.

Prior to joining the team full-time, Kathy first landed at ThoughtFarmer through a co-op opportunity, while finishing her Computer Science degree at Simon Fraser. As a Professional Services Developer, Kathy got an in-depth look at ThoughtFarmer’s infrastructure and features and coded custom cards using JavaScript, React, CSS and HTML.

When not solving technical puzzles, she enjoys expressing her artistic creativity through digital drawing and creating designs.
