1. Quick Start Package: 5 days, $7500

This package is ideal for small or new organizations or in situations where the project budget is minimal.

A single ThoughtFarmer consultant will provide a wide range of on-site services with support and back-up from subject matter experts in our head office.

The Quick Start Package includes:

  • Planning, orientation, project kick-off
  • Information Architecture (IA) design
  • Application of IA
  • ThoughtFarmer Configuration
  • Skinning to reflect company’s brand
  • Content migration planning
  • Administrator training
  • User training
  • Google Analytics integration assistance

Typically, the 5 days concludes with a soft launch of ThoughtFarmer to the entire organization.

2. Standard Package: 15 days, $22,500

Our standard package is ideal for organizations with 300+ employees.

A focused team of ThoughtFarmer consultants will come on-site to deliver a wide range of services designed to help you launch a successful intranet. This team is supported by additional subject matter experts in our head office.

The Standard package offers:

  • All items in the Quick Start Package
  • Launch and communication planning
  • Project management
  • Google Analytics installation
  • IA validation / usability testing
  • Content inventory and audit
  • Additional training sessions

The Standard Package is typically delivered over a 2 to 3 week time span, with some overlap between the on-site consultants. The package usually concludes with the launch of ThoughtFarmer to the entire organization.

3. Additional Options

A range of a la carte options are available to meet the particular needs of your organization.
