Collaborate in groups

ThoughtFarmer includes powerful features for group creation and management:

• Easily create an open (anyone can join) or managed group
• Drag and drop group members, or synchronize with an Exchange group
• Create an email distribution list for all group members, or sync with an existing one
• Capture email discussions with Discussion Capture
• Browse groups in the Group Directory
• Browse group relationships with the relationship browser
• Apply security settings so only certain people can view or edit group resources
• Administrators can predefine group types, such as Business Units, Departments, Teams, Projects and Interest Groups
