Collaborate in groups
ThoughtFarmer includes powerful features for group creation and management:
- Easily create an open (anyone can join) or managed group
- Drag and drop group members, or synchronize with an Exchange group
- Create an email distribution list for all group members, or sync with an existing one
- Capture email discussions with Discussion Capture
- Browse groups in the Group Directory
- Browse group relationships with the relationship browser
- Apply security settings so only certain people can view or edit group resources
- Administrators can predefine group types, such as Business Units, Departments, Teams, Projects and Interest Groups
