Powerful email integration
ThoughtFarmer lets you "watch" pages. If a watched page changes, you're alerted via email.
You can also add pages via email. Send an email to thoughtfarmer@yourcompany.com. ThoughtFarmer matches the "From" address in the email to your private space, and creates a draft page from the contents of the email.
