Responsibilities Develop and execute demand generation strategies by building multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion. Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey, including email marketing, retargeting, and content marketing. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads. Collaborate with the Sales team to build personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value and high-intent prospects. Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to automate and optimize lead flow and track campaign performance. Create compelling content assets (whitepapers, webinars, case studies) with our Senior Content Writer and Marketing team to support demand generation efforts and optimize for SEO. Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, channel performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Optimize spend across paid channels to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing investments. Must-have requirements Experience: 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record: Demonstrated success in scaling demand generation efforts to support revenue growth by building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns. Technical skills: Experience with marketing operations and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo. Analytical mindset: Deep understanding of funnel metrics with the ability to analyze KPIs and reports to track results and derive insights. Project management: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.
