Intranet Tip: Make Office Location Pages Useful for Visitors

In brief: Add rich location information to office pages so visiting colleagues can easily make travel plans.

Employees at DFDL constantly travel between their many offices in Southeast Asia. To help colleagues make travel plans, they added extensive information to each office page. Office pages include the basics like address and phone number, as well as embedded Google Maps, live local airport feeds, weather widgets and more. Employees can easily find travel information on the intranet so they don’t have to sweat the details of important business trips.
