Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at ThoughtFarmer, Nat focuses on taking care of clients by managing accounts, building meaningful relationships, and coordinating all aspects of clients’ onboarding, including renewal and growth stages. With years of experience in customer success, Nat has the key skills to empathize and provide value throughout our customers’ journey.
Before moving to Vancouver to work with ThoughtFarmer, she received a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Ottawa and later relocated to Toronto to pursue a position in customer experience at an event tech company.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Nat learning (well, trying) to become a professional baker, exploring new local food spots around Vancouver and finding any opportunity to spend time in the great outdoors to soak in the beautiful West Coast weather!
