12 months of software maintenance is included with your license purchase. Software maintenance includes:

  • Access to ThoughtFarmer Support Site
  • Access to issue tracking system
  • Telephone support (business hours, Pacific timezone)
  • Access to all releases of ThoughtFarmer (as made available as downloadable installers on support site)

Additionally, you can purchase:

  • 24×7 Emergency Support
  • Remote installation of releases via VPN / RDP (on request)
  • Design & branding
  • Staging server license
  • Full Professional Services

Platinum Software Maintenance

Platinum software maintenance is an optional add-on that includes services that are not included under regular Software Maintenance:

  • Upgrades outside of office hours
  • Custom scripts and queries
  • Content manipulation
  • Network troubleshooting
  • SharePoint troubleshooting

Platinum software maintenance is sold in blocks of 50 hours.

Do I have to buy software maintenance?

No. Software maintenance is included in the first year. After the first year, you can choose not to buy software maintenance, and you are free to continue using ThoughtFarmer. If you decide to renew your maintenance in a future year, your coverage will be payable retroactive to the date it lapsed.
