Bryan Robertson is a Sr. Analyst at OpenRoad Communications where he leads the Web Analytics practice and informs ThoughtFarmer’s measurement strategy. He has 13 years of internet industry design and management skills, including tenure as the Executive Producer of myTELUS.com, one of Western Canada’s most trafficked portals. There he championed the use of user-centred design techniques and usability testing, and managed partner relationships from Canadian Press to Yahoo!
Since joining OpenRoad in 2007, Bryan has applied his user research, web strategy, user experience and web analytics skills for clients ranging from BC Hydro to ICBC to the Vancouver Public Library. His pensive approach and eye for detail have made him invaluable at translating web strategy into tactics. Bryan has a degree in Communication from Simon Fraser University.
