Embedding Forms in ThoughtFarmer

Intranets usually have a need for simple HTML forms that support various HR, Finance, and IT functions, such as:
- Vacation request
- Change of Address
- Purchase Order request
- Submit Expenses
- Request Tech Support
These forms can be built and embedded in ThoughtFarmer in minutes using specific third-party applications like Wufoo (a web-based service) and Frevvo (server-side). The following 90-second video shows how.
Wufoo is free for limited use and a small monthly fee for heavier use (see pricing page).
On-premise Frevvo pricing starts at a one-time fee of $2000 (see pricing page).
