		<description>Nice. For differentiators the MS/SP integration I would think would be a key differentiator. Jive seems to be positioning themselves as a SP replacement. Adding value to your SP deployment would be a leading value prop for accounts I would think. Jive is all J2EE etc. Not sure about SocialText.</description>
