Wiki Intranet Implementation at a Law Firm, Part Two

3 months ago, Heather Colman of Hicks Morley blogged about her experience rolling out ThoughtFarmer at a law firm. This week, she posted an update with the results from their 12-month review of the implementation. Some highlights:

• 40% of employees have contributed content to the ThoughtFarmer intranet, up from 3% with the old intranet
• Hands-on training sessions with lawyers were key to achieving adoption
• The transparency of changes on the intranet has raised the profile of many staff at the firm
